My PlanThe My Plan function calls up a spreadsheet that you can use to help plan your goals. It is located on The Front Company Menu. See the "My Plan" icon. When yopu fist select the "My Plan" icon, a template (myplan.xls) is copied from the SOEASY\PROGRAM\CASHBOOK directory to the SOEASY\USER directory. You can change this spreadsheet file to suit your requirements. BackupThe SOEASY\USER\MYPLAN.XLS file is not backed up using any of the SoEasy backup routines so it is very important that you back up the file manualy by using another process else you may one day loose it. How to use My PlanThe idea of the My Plan is to help you create a reminder that you can refer to on a daily basis, about the things you would like to achive. Because it is a spreadsheet you can configure it to suit your own requirements. The template we load as a default is just an idea to get you started. |
